What to wear/bring:
o Work-out clothes (shorts/sweat pants, t-shirt, tennis shoes)
o Water Bottle
o After workout snack (Carbohydrates & Protein)
New for 12-13 season, no skates will be used at the Training Center on the synthetic ice.
Players will be encouraged to snack with equal amounts of proteins and carbs and hydrate before, during and within 15 minutes after completing their workout session.
Consistency in strength training and good nutrition are key to maximizing ones athletic potential.
